System documentation lies a 100% on the consultant, being client responsibility its approval. This task is highly accelerated thanks to the application TQNet, that eases the edition, approval, disseemination and versioning of the system documents.

Training on the support application, TQNet, and the tasks which corresponds to each user is essential in all system implementations. We count with descriptive videos in streaming, and also with classes provided on-site or on-line by our expert consultants, with standard contents or developed ad-hoc, depending on customer needs.

Internal audits carried out by impartial and objective auditors, experts in the audited quality standard and knowledgeable about the customer's business activity. These auditors have enough qualification to issue a valid and useful report which will also be recorded by the support application TQNet.

Once the new system is implemented and during all the monitoring audits, the same consultants that have assisted to the project accompany the customer through the third party audit process and help solving the possible deviations found.
